IPOASecuriforce is a member of the International Peace Operations Association (IPOA) and a signatory to its Code of Conduct, which seeks to ensure the ethical standards of member companies operating anywhere in the world including conflict and post-conflict environments.

We are guided by all pertinent rules of international humanitarian and human rights laws and are pledged to uphold the highest principles in all our operations. We will conduct all our operations with the following at the forefront of our policy:

 

  • Human Rights

    We respect the dignity of all human beings and strictly adhere to all applicable international humanitarian and human rights laws and take every practicable measure to minimize loss of life and destruction of property

  • Transparency

    We operate with integrity, honesty and fairness.

  • Accountability

    We recognize the importance of clear lines of accountability for our actions and the actions of our personnel.

  • Clients

    We only work for legitimate, recognized governments, organizations and private companies. We will not engage in any unlawful activity thwarting international efforts towards peace.

  • Safety

    We strive to operate in a safe, responsible, conscientious and prudent manner.

  • Personnel

    We act responsibly and ethically toward our personnel and ensure that they are vetted, fully informed of the level of risk associated with their employment. They will be medically fit, adequately trained, equipped and paid for their duties.

  • Insurance

    We provide health and life insurance policies as required by law

  • Ethics

    We support additional ethical imperatives that are essential for effective peace and stability operations including the Rules for the Use of Force.

  • Partner Companies and Subcontractors

    We select partner companies and subcontractors with the utmost care and due diligence.
